The Audi 100 Coupé S is a grand touring car made by the German company Audi AG from 1969 until 1976. The car was first presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1969. It is a two-door coupé with a fastback design and a front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout.

The first Audi 100, developed by Auto Union (Volkswagen's subsidiary) in Ingolstadt, was unveiled as a four-door sedan on November 26, 1968. Its name originally denoting a power output of 100 PS (74 kW), the Audi 100 was the company's largest car since the revival of the Audi brand by Volkswagen in 1965.

The Audi 500 was known as the Audi 100/200 in Europe and the UK. It was also known as the Audi 5000 in the USA until about 1988. Thereafter it reverted to the Audi 100/200 moniker after its mid-term facelift. This model of Audi's was produced from 1968 up until 1994.
